seg77 (referred to as "seg77," "we," "us," or "our") is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through the seg77 platform at seg77.app. As data controller, seg77 determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is accountable for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable Philippine data protection law.

seg77 collects the following categories of personal data from Players and platform visitors:

• Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, government-issued ID number (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS number), and a photograph or scan of your identity document;
• Contact Data: Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address (barangay, city/municipality, province);
• Financial Data: GCash number, PayMaya account, bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other supported banks), transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records;
• Account Data: Username, encrypted password, account preferences, bonus history, and gaming activity logs;
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, session timestamps, and geolocation data (where permitted);
• Usage Data: Pages visited, games played, bet amounts, session duration, and interaction patterns on the seg77 platform;
• Communications Data: Records of your correspondence with seg77 customer support, including live chat transcripts and email exchanges.

seg77 collects personal data through the following means:

seg77 processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and seg77 (i.e., providing the gaming platform and processing transactions);
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including AML/CTF regulations, gaming regulations, and tax obligations;
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and improving seg77 services, where such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights;
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

seg77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. seg77 may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and AML screening services used to verify Player identity and comply with regulatory requirements;
• Game suppliers: Licensed third-party game providers whose games are available on the seg77 platform, to the extent necessary for game operation and fairness auditing;
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other Philippine government agencies, where required by law or court order;
• IT and security service providers: Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and platform infrastructure providers engaged by seg77 under strict data processing agreements;
• Professional advisers: Lawyers, auditors, and accountants, where necessary for legal compliance or dispute resolution.

All third-party service providers engaged by seg77 are contractually required to process personal data only in accordance with seg77's instructions and applicable data protection law.

Some of seg77's third-party service providers may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the Philippines, seg77 will implement appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, to ensure that your personal data remains protected.

seg77 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Account data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction. Identity verification documents are retained for the duration of the account relationship and for five (5) years thereafter.

After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with seg77's data retention and disposal procedures.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by seg77:

• Right to be informed: The right to be notified of how your personal data is collected and processed;
• Right of access: The right to obtain a copy of your personal data held by seg77;
• Right to rectification: The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to seg77's legal retention obligations;
• Right to object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
• Right to data portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format;

The seg77 platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, maintain session security, and analyse platform usage. The following categories of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the seg77 platform to function correctly, including session management and security. These cannot be disabled;
• Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences (e.g., language, display settings) to personalise your seg77 experience;
• Analytics cookies: Used to collect anonymised data about how Players use the seg77 platform, helping seg77 improve its services;
• Marketing cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotional content. These are only set with your explicit consent.

seg77 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive data at rest, two-factor authentication for Player accounts, regular security audits and penetration testing, and strict access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, seg77 will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players without undue delay where required by law.

The seg77 platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. seg77 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If seg77 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all associated personal data will be deleted.

seg77 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or seg77's data processing practices. Material changes will be communicated to Players via their registered contact details or by prominent notice on the seg77 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The current version of this Privacy Policy is always available at seg77.app/privacy-policy. Continued use of the seg77 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
